(four)The estates, interests, and costs which under this section are authorised to subsist or to get conveyed or produced at regulation are (when subsisting or conveyed or created at law) During this Act known as “authorized estates,” and have precisely the same incidents as authorized estates subsisting in the commencement of the Act;
